This is achieved in 3 stages :
STAGE 1 - UPSKILLING
Context is a critical component of sound decision-making in the world of Artificial Intelligence and Product Management - and breadth of knowledge is what creates great tech thinkers and leaders. GTI will prepare Feynman Fellows to be future Tech leaders by honing skills that allow them to connect the dots across many different areas including Artificial Intelligence, Design Thinking, Sustainability, Psychology, & Communications, Product management & and tech ethics, Entrepreneurship, liberal arts, and core Tech perspectives - via GGI's trademarked Masterclasses.
In this stage, Feynman Fellows during their executive education will also have access to the personalized Career Development Program of the Global Tech Initiative. This learning component is critical for those interested in working in organizations such as Nvidia, Uber, Google, Tesla, and inter-alia. Many of the Masterclasses are usually taken by incumbent leaders and experts of such organizations.
The Career Development Program further consists of two pillars.

1. Hands-on Project Sessions (Unique for every learner)

GTI Feynman Fellows will learn the art and science of problem-solving in a closed ecosystem along with a CV and cover letter hacks. GTI mentors who lead these sessions are handpicked from top firms such as Paypal, Tesla, Generative AI, etc.

2. Microlearning Experience and Buddy System
​
​GTI has crafted and designed a micro-learning AI-based experience via Schrödinger (by GGI) It is an interactive hand-picked, real-life - case simulator that allows fellows to practice cases and interview at a time that works best for them. The tool has been a game-changer for many GTI fellows - who credit their success in getting into top-notch firms to Schrödinger.
GTI Feynman Fellows during their executive education are also made part of a rotating buddy system - where they practice cases, network on networking nights, and build bonds with other members of this incredible community at Global Tech Initiative.
STAGE 2 - Access to Employment Partnerships
& Skin in the Game
In order to understand the world, you have to have skin in the game. The world of AI and PM is unpredictable and ever changing. Feynman Fellows are put in tough spots where they refine their craft by publishing AI-style projects under the Council on Sustainable Development. Theoretical learnings, intertwined with practical experiences are what make the Feynman Fellowship unique. Passionate Fellows, and their mentors - delve into the hard of questions of Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning in this stage. It is because of the experiential learning component, Feynman Fellows will be able to successfully outshine others in their Interviews.
STAGE 3 - Community, Hackathons, Networking Nights & Wellness Sesssions
It is often said that if you have nothing in your life, but you have at least one person who cares for you unconditionally, it will do wonders for your self-esteem. For Global Tech Initiative Fellows that one person is the entire community at Global Tech Initiative. They attend monthly inner circle meetings, Hackathons, networking on "weekend nights" with fellows from across industries and sectors. A Masters in Sciences degree is more than learning coding and Data Structures. You pay for the entire experience - the guest speakers, office hours with your professors, campus events, and eventually landing the job of your dreams. It is an experience of a lifetime. Through Community & Networking Nights via 'wiggly', Global Tech Initiative will bring the entire campus experience online. Even though the journey of a Global Tech Initiative fellows formally ends in 6 months. But Fellows - as Global Tech Initiative Alumni will always have access to the inclusive, supportive, respectful, and collaborative ecosystem of the Global Tech Initiative for the rest of their lives. Global Tech Initiative Feynman Fellows also enjoy access to the exclusive partnerships that GTI continuously builds with leading organizations, Tech Schools. Global Tech Initiative Fellows is Crème de la crème of the Global Governance Initiative network on 'wiggly'. Through core Masterclasses, flexible curriculum, startup weekend, 1:1 mentorship, Hackathons, Networking Nights, AI Tools - the Global Tech Initiative Program provides a wide view into the world of Tech, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Product Management.
